Common Questions

What if my photo isn’t good enough?

We’ll review every photo before designing. If your photo isn’t quite right, we’ll reach out and ask for another. You won’t lose your place in the queue.

Can I see the design before it ships?

Yes — we email you a preview of the finished design with your shipping confirmation, so you can see how your horse looks on the case.

How long until I receive it?

Design takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 1–7 business days depending on location. Total turnaround: usually under 10 business days.

Can I have two horses on one case?

Each portrait features one horse so the artwork stays clear and balanced. For two-horse pieces, please contact us at info@velvet-valor.com.

Are custom portraits returnable?

Custom portraits are made-to-order and final sale. We will, of course, replace any case that arrives damaged or defective.

Will my case be MagSafe compatible?

Yes — every case, including custom portraits, supports MagSafe and Qi wireless charging.

Who owns the artwork?

Each custom portrait is an original artwork, © Braveheart FZ-LLC. You own the physical case, and we grant you a personal-use licence to enjoy the artwork on your device. The design, illustration, and underlying artwork remain copyright Velvet & Valor and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission.
